Course content
Participants have two live sessions with mentors per week, complete practical tasks from the Playbook, and receive mentor feedback and guidance on implementing new tools.
  • Module 1. Mentoring Framework & Mindset
    Clear structure of what mentors should do, how to start, and what a successful mentoring process looks like in practice.
  • Module 2. Designing the Mentoring Process
    How to plan and organize mentoring within the company: setting goals, defining stages, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Module 3. Giving and Receiving Feedback
    Developing feedback skills that foster growth and reflection — how to give constructive input and invite feedback in return.
  • Module 4. 1:1 Sessions
    How to run effective one-on-one meetings: an efficient structure, tools to organize sessions, and methods to monitor dynamics and communication throughout the process.
  • Module 5. Motivation in Mentoring
    Understanding the ups and downs of motivation. Techniques to keep mentees engaged without pressure.
  • Module 6. Knowledge Transfer Tools
    Tools and strategies for effectively sharing expert knowledge. This includes creating clear learning materials, structuring information for easy comprehension, and using methods like templates, checklists, and guides to ensure knowledge is passed on successfully.
