How the course creation process was organized

During the course creation process, it was essential to consider the expert’s availability and use the available resources as efficiently as possible

Analysis

Creating the course blueprint: defining goals, objectives, and competitive advantages, identifying the needs of the target audience, selecting the technical solution, and outlining the project team and timeline.

Design

Creating the course program, selecting the technical solution, developing lesson plans based on the expert's materials, preparing the design brief, and getting scenarios ready for video production.

Video production

Adapting scripts during filming, preparing footage for editing, and creating supporting elements for visual design.

Development

Creating materials: developing interactive assignments for the lessons, quizzes, and preparing materials for the guide.

Uploading and testing materials on the platform

Testing the functionality of all elements, gathering feedback from the focus group, making necessary adjustments, and preparing for launch.

Implementation

We invited new agency employees to take the course to assess the results and prepare it for an external audience. After reviewing their performance, we were happy with the outcome.
